Additions

The level cards for dying are now no longer generic and are personalised for every episode of season 1

Camera placement for level cams have been rearranged to reflect a nicer view of the levels on the player dying of completing a stage.

Bug fixes:

Fixed an issue where the death sound would repeat if the player was shot on E0L10

Fixed an issue where the death sound would repeat if the player died on E0L11
