Build update to 0.890

Bug fixes:

Start audio could repeat if player crossed line more than once 

Have temporarily increased value of cash items from £10  to £300 for each item. This is so players can play around with the stats. This will be nerfed eventually

Removed several flame turrets from E0L10 to free memory on low spec machines
