Bug fixes:

UI Help page update. Now controls for gamepad are shown when pressing F1

Episode 2 is now setup for the new UI

Tutorial stages now setup with new UI

Bugs still present: Tutorial 4 doesn't remember your preferred choice of control. Player has to set it every time. This is no hassle for mouse users but controller user might get irritated. Tutorial level is short but player can die in several places. Working on it now
