Additions:

Two new levels to episode 1, E1L12 and E1L13. E1L14 coming soon.

Bug fixes:

* Boxes and carried objects now no longer clip into the terrain or environment.

* Lod improved on several objects to allow the game to run in 100+ fps even on mid-range PCs

* Jump Groundcheck now increased to allow players to jump while running downhill. The player used to raise off of the ground a few pixels when running downhill, which would stop the player from being grounded and stop them jumping. This is fixed now.
